Staging Two Shows, Coast-to-Coast, in One Week
The 2015 Fall production season is upon us and has started with a heavy demand on logistics involved for the Chase Creative team. Beginning with the first event in the month of August in Washington D.C., and the following week’s event in San Jose California, from East Coast to West coast Chase Creative was once again able to execute flawless delivery of Audio Visual Staging services for two events on opposite sides of the country within one week. As always, logistics for staging large events outside of the state can be challenging for most companies, but the team at Chase Creative rose to the occasion and delivered! From trucking schedules to shipping schedules and crew assignments, the team executed all tasks with precision and accuracy delivering professional results on site. The task at hand for both events was to design, create, and execute a custom stage look for each event. Both events were laden with full departmental audiovisual needs as well as custom set pieces. The end result was another example of a team committed to delivering excellent audiovisual services to its clients!
