Re-capping our Best Moments of the Year
Beginning earlier this year, we implemented an online survey form in order to not only get feedback from our clients, but to also elicit a conversation about how we can get the most effective results for each and every event. The goal is to learn what works, what doesn’t work, how we can meet our clients’ goals, and how we can put what we learn towards future events.
We’re ecstatic to say that most of the survey results have been positive. We’ve received honest feedback with occasional suggestions, and loads of gratitude. Of course, there have been some critiques, and we discuss those as a team, learn from them, and make changes when applicable.
