Event Discovery & Intake
Fill out our intake form or talk to one of our team members. The Chase Creative team will follow up with you to discover what you need and gain a thorough understanding of your vision. After the call, we send a plan for your flawless event.

We Get to Work
Your Project Manager builds a layout of the entire event, hires the right technicians, and talks with the venue to make your life easy. If there are any questions you need answered, we are here.

Pre-Production Meeting
When the date is close, we’ll meet for a pre-production meeting to confirm every detail and prepare to set up for your event.
